On Saturday, April 5, La Crosse held its version of the nation-wide “Hands Off” rally against the current Repugnantan regime and their oligarch sponsors.
The participation numbers were easily in the thousands.
We’ve lived in La Crosse for over 28 years now, and we’ve participated in nearly every notable rally and protest event that’s happened in that time. There are a few dozen people like us – the “usual suspects” – who can be relied on to show up for things like this. There are a few hundred who are familiar faces at most rallies. But we have never seen a rally like this, where the usual suspects and familiar faces get lost in the crowd.
